anyone else fed up with idiotic traffic engineering in vancouver and lower mainland. keep the finger down and vent here.

How about highway 91? Every commuter knows about it, you drive along and then when you are within a few miles of 72 there is a light. A light on the highway! why not put a light on 200 street and highway 1, because of the traffic snarl- but its OK on hwy 91. the government approved of new walkway over passes over hwy 1 and hwy 99, with a fancy light show at night , i understand that pedestrians need a way around the highway but we have a major traffic problem in the lower mainland and with all the road construction bogging the traffic down at least make a over pass that would really free up traffic. I have yet to see anyone walk on those expensive over passes and its nice to see the fancy lights on the hwy 99 and 32nd  area .

Since Im on a roll, why did they put a light on the 172nd exit? it used to be a sweep curve with a yield and the traffic flowed smoothly with hardly any stopping. Now, (west bound exit) there is a light and it takes about 3 light cycles before I can through. I hope this is not the way it will stay
